About this tool
When to use it
Mark up a PDF for review: point to a detail with an arrow, draw on a plan, or add a note beside a paragraph.
What you get
Add text, highlights and marks over the existing page, then export the annotated document. The underlying source text is not rewritten.
Before sharing
Use Redact PDF when information must be hidden. An annotation or coloured box is a visual mark and should never be treated as secure redaction.
Private processing
Thumbnails and edits are created in the browser. Documents are not uploaded to PDFAdjust.
